Terms & Conditions The information that you give Wicked Flowers when ordering and paying for your floral or lingerie gift is totally secure. Full payment for all items ordered from Wicked Flowers must be paid in full on advance of delivery. Due to seasonal and local availability Wicked Flowers cannot guarantee that the flowers pictured on this site will always be included in your choice of design. However Wicked Flowers will endeavour to make every effort to fulfil your wishes. Please advise us if you have a particular preference for colours or flower type. Price Guide All orders must be in Pounds Sterling. All major credit cards accepted. Deliveries within the UK Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday with guaranteed delivery if ordered before 1:00PM, to all areas of the UK. When ordering for special occasions i.e Valentines Day, Mothers day etc, must be placed 24 hours in advance. International orders need to be placed 48 hrs in advance. Complaints At Wicked Flowers, we are fully committed to providing you with the best possible service. In the unlikely event of a complaint Wicked Flowers will investigate the circumstances of the complaint and if we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine, a replacement or refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. Cancellation If you should find it necessary to cancel your order a refund will be made less any costs that are incurred as a consequence of the cancellation. Cancellations must be received at least 48hrs before the due delivery date.
